About PARI

PAN-ASIA RESEARCH INSTITUTE (PARI), Tokyo

The Pan-Asia Research Institute (PARI) is a Japan-based multi-modal, multidisciplinary, multi-focal and multi-stakeholder think tank with a rich seed of academics and professionals from the pan-Asia region. PARI is registered as a General Incorporated Association (GIA) in Tokyo bearing registration number: 0100-05-037694.

PARI aspires to do research and analysis on a whole gamut of socio-economic, politicobusiness, bilateral and multilateral diplomatic relations. It aims to strengthen C2C (country-to-country), G2G (government-to-government), P2P (people-to-people) and B2B (business-to-business) ties. PARI also focuses microscopically on the changed geopolitical reality of the Pan-Asia region. PARI is not just another entity—it believes in action. It connects, it interacts, it talks, it works and it influences.

Our Vision

PARI seeks to play a critical role in the making of a socially, economically and politically stronger pan-Asia in tandem with its global peers.

Our Mission

PARI wants to contribute to policy-making and policy implementation of the governments, particularly Japan, Bangladesh, China, India, ASEAN and other pan-Asian nations, through dialogues, workshops, research and publications.

PARI Objective

PARI strives to become a centre of excellence and a catalyst for change in panAsia. It aims to cooperate in the areas of diplomacy, economy, business, trade and investment, and also help enhance the capacity of the people and the states of pan-Asia for their respectful positions on the global stage.
